I took my Jeep to Jay Hodge last week, completely convinced I would never be able to drive it again, Chris Taylor in the service department was the absolute best! He worked with me reassured me (several times) they would get it fixed, he went out of his way to get me a courtesy vehicle, he communicated everything with me! Everyone was awesome at Jay Hodge Dodge in Paris TX. Marshall Hemingway was excellent and very helpful in getting us into our 2018 Dodge Journey. First time in years that we've bought a car through a dealership. Went back to Hodge in Paris because of positive experiences years ago. If anything, better than ever. Everyone, especially our salesman, Keith Nye, super friendly & helpful. Never thought I'd use the words "pleasant experience" & "car dealership" in same sentence, but it was - & super quick, too.
