Jay was great! Jay helped me with my first home loan and with my current refinancing. As always he was responsive and helped me understand the refinance process. Jay was always very helpful and available to discuss any questions about this complicated and stressful process. Although we never met in person, and I cannot confirm or deny he's human, I always considered him a valuable asset in my home purchase. And whether he's a puppet, or AI, or just a likable guy explaining mortgage loans over the phone at soccer practice isn't the point. The point is he did a fantastic job and I'd recommend him to anyone.
