Jay did an incredible job simplifying the process of securing the mortgage for my new home, including breaking down the complicated industry terms and explaining what they all mean and why I should care. He's also super-easy to work with, and he went out of his way to work with my complicated schedule. I don't believe I could have found a better person to help me through the process from beginning to end! Jay is also extremely responsive, and always got back to me immediately.
