Jay and his team are amazing! From day one we felt as if we were his only customer. He spent a great deal of timing educating us on the process and all of our options. He’d drop everything to answer our questions! When we did finally find our dream home, I’m not sure we would have gotten it without Jay! He spoke with the listing agent and made sure we closed FAST! Jay helped us with our initial mortgage loan, and less than a year later he was there suggesting that we look into a refinance. I don't know if I've ever worked with someone as responsive and attentive as Jay, and he's so good at making sure all your questions are answered—he legitimately cares that you understand the process.
