Jay’s commitment to us was out of this world. He was the second lender we had met with, and within 10 minutes we knew he was who we wanted supporting us through this process. He was near instantaneous with communication, flexible with our weird schedules, devoted a ton of time to explaining the process to us, and more than anything else he was always upfront and honest.
