I have nothing but praise for Jay and his team! I've done multiple transactions with them and things are always so flawless. What I really appreciate is the excellent communication. I always know that Jay will pick up the phone or answer texts and emails right away. Most other lenders I deal with aren't very good at responding on time. My clients really appreciate this as well. Jay and his team are also wonderful at educating buyers, especially first time buyers, on the lending process.
