Jay was always very helpful and available to discuss any questions about this complicated and stressful process. Although we never met in person, and I cannot confirm or deny he's human, I always considered him a valuable asset in my home purchase. And whether he's a puppet, or AI, or just a likable guy explaining mortgage loans over the phone at soccer practice isn't the point. The point is he did a fantastic job and I'd recommend him to anyone.
