Jay Kunkle made refinancing a breeze. He gave us lots of options that were easy to understand and supported the choice that worked best for us. Jay Kunkle is the best lender I've worked with. Out of the 4 firms we researched, he had the lowest origination fees and best interest rate. He walked us through every step of the process, minimized any efforts we had to make and made sure that we closed escrow on time.
