Jay Kundle is such a professional. I had some unexpected issues while buying my new home like most of us do and Jay was incredible. It is so nice to work with someone who is on top of things, who responds to emails and phone calls promptly, who is efficient and knowledgeable. Anybody who is trying to get a home loan needs someone with a lot of experience. The unpredictable always happens regardless of how prepared you are, and when that happens you need someone like Jay Kundle.

Buying a home is a major event in life. The entire home buying process is complex. There are many unknowns and concerns that can cause severe stress during this home buying/financing process. Jay and his team made this difficult process be as smooth as possible. Our loan involved 2 separate property's the transaction and paperwork was very complex for my wife and I. Jay and his team made the piles of paperwork the banks require today very understandable to us, it had been sometime that we have purchased any new properties.
