Jayson was outstanding! But KBHS started our application Nov 13 and we had only 3 days to submit paperwork with a tentative close of Dec 13. Our home still did NOT have windows! Then we were pushed to Jan 13, then Feb 13, Feb 22 and finally closed on Feb 28 due to KBs end of first quarter. It was a chaotic, draining experience that really took away from the joy of getting into our new home. Strongly recommend BETTER COMMUNICATION between KB Homes delivery and Home loans. Customers need better.
