We had many lows doing our build and closing with KB homes. Jayson was one that was a knowledgeable and pleasant experience. He did not give us “fake” answers. He always got us the answers we needed when we asked. He was very personable and polite.

Jayson was very informative of the process and worked hard with me to get the loan approved and the best rate possible. Jayson also helped with solutions to the problems instead of leaving it all up to me to figure it out.
