They were a good company but in recent years, no. Hard to deal with. Never respond to email or phone. Ignore you when you complain about it, and keep billing you after you told them you are dropping them.
I was asked to provide proof of insurance for those who resided in my home. We provided that proof, but JC.Taylor said they wanted proof for our children. They do not live with us, and one does not have any insurance, as he does not have a car. They said they still wanted proof. What?! They don't live here or drive our vehicles. But they just canceled our insurance! We have never put in a claim and pay on time! You just lost a good customer!

Poor customer communication based on a phone call I tried to make today. After waiting at least 20 minutes I then got someone in claims by pressing an unrelated option. She promised me to get someone that could help me with verifying a cancellation request. All I got was more innocuous music! It didn't used to be this way and I have referred many prospective customers to this carrier. Based on my own experience today, I will refrain.
