I don't drive leave me alone!
Every customer service representative has been very rude to me. Absolute horrible customer service! This is my first experience with the company and these people I have talked to put such a bad taste in my mouth, I don't know that I will ever refer business here. What a shame.
Competitive rates. Friendly customer service by phone, yet in our experience they are somewhat inefficient in processing documents internally. Took 4 months to cancel a policy on a vehicle we sold, even after all proper and correct paperwork was submitted, twice. Took 2 weeks of phone calls and constant follow up to insure that it was finally cancelled. Antiquated website (no pun intended), no option to register online to view policy or pay policy premiums. All payments must be made by check and mailed.
Well let's see. I sent my app in a couple weeks back and they told me that they couldn't cover me cause I had a roll bar in my truck. A safety device and they wouldn't cover my truck. It is called a modified truck and they wouldn't cover it. Not very promising place to get insurance. Have check with other people with modified cars and trucks with ROLL BARS what's with this crap. Look me up in your outer. I'm out of Rantoul Il
