I cancelled the insurance on my 1987 Olds on January 29, 2021 via email since no one on the phone would help me. I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED A CANCELLATION CONFIRMATION LETTER OR WHATEVER REFUND IS DUE ME. Makes me wonder how they'd handle a claim if they can't do a simple thing like cancel my insurance. DO NOT GET insurance for your classic from them. They have HORRIBLE customer service.
They tried making me jump through many hoops for the value of my car and then finally approved it and once a check was wrote they said they wouldn’t insure it bc l would be driving to my dealership on nice days JOKE OF A COMPANY....
I have many classic cars I had insured with J.C.Taylor in the past but I was recently declined coverage due to my daily driver not being "new enough" which is insured through another company.

Every customer service representative has been very rude to me. Absolute horrible customer service! This is my first experience with the company and these people I have talked to put such a bad taste in my mouth, I don't know that I will ever refer business here. What a shame.
Competitive rates. Friendly customer service by phone, yet in our experience they are somewhat inefficient in processing documents internally. Took 4 months to cancel a policy on a vehicle we sold, even after all proper and correct paperwork was submitted, twice. Took 2 weeks of phone calls and constant follow up to insure that it was finally cancelled. Antiquated website (no pun intended), no option to register online to view policy or pay policy premiums. All payments must be made by check and mailed.
