JD and his team did an all around fantastic job! Got me a competitive rate and got me to closing in 3 weeks as I requested! Obviously you have to do your part and get them everything they request as quickly as possible, but they were great at keeping well updated as to anything outstanding. Go with JD and you will be glad you did. FYI, this is my second time to work with JD, and if I ever need another mortgage I won't hesitate to give him my business once again.
Guaranteed Rate was great! JD was always available and there to answer questions. I would suggest them to anyone as we were always kept in the loop with what was happening.
Not to get to specific to my situation but I had some unique circumstances that JD walked me thru at every turn. I was working with another broker to start with and was given all kinds of just WRONG information. Once we started with JD we were able to get under contract and KNOW what we were getting into.
