JD Terry and team at Guaranteed Rate were truly awesome to work with. They said what they meant and did what they said. There was constant and accurate communication. They answered all questions and concerns and there were no unpleasant surprises. There was some delay and concern with this new construction VA appraisal but JD drove through these obstacles and got it done for us. I high recommend JD Terry and guaranteed Rate. I would definitely use them and again.
