I just refinanced, and although the process took longer than anticipated because of COVID, I was extremely pleased with how in the loop Jeanette and her team kept me. Any time I had a question (which I had a lot of!) in regards to the paperwork I needed to sign or otherwise they were very friendly and helpful. I didn't feel like just another client. Every time I called they were familiar with my paperwork or transferred me to someone who could answer my questions. Jeanette was a referral from a family member and although the... read more

They did an amazing, fabulous job in getting my mortgage loan in the Escrow period for my sweet 2 bedrooms 1 bath condo in Lake Forest.
