Jeff Blondin has served Robert and me on two mortgage packages. He is consistently accurate in document request to execute a smooth underwriting. He answers every question and explain changes as our refi was with COVID loaded extra requests. I previously worked for F7M Bank - a local bank - and they could not touch the rate locks that Jeff provided nor could they do cash out for improvements etc. 5 star rating in our book.
