Prompt attention, and constant communication throughout the process. Jeff was even texting me prior to the closing with an offer to assist/answer any questions that might come up during closing. Then a follow up after closing to make sure that everything went smoothly. Jeff and Carolyn have been a great support for us as we have used them on multiple transactions.
I was able to have full understanding of my loan application and the reasons why each document was needed. I appreciated them searching for lower cost house insurance instead of just going with my first offer. I liked that they made sure I got the best option.
