A great experience. What sets Jeff and Guaranteed Rate apart is the attention to detail, patient explanation and visibility of the whole process they offer. Getting finance/refinance can be complicated these days - endless requests for more and more information without apparent purpose and a clear idea of where you are in the process. With Guaranteed rate it is different - and therefore much less stressful.
