We just refinanced with Jeff and Guaranteed Rate. Jeff and his team did an amazing job. They were very professional and helped us every step of the way. Jeff was always there to answer any questions and made sure we had all the proper documentation. We got a fantastic rate and are now paying $300 less per month than we were. I would recommend Jeff and Guaranteed Rate to anyone looking to purchase a home or refinance.

Jeff's a great guy who helps make this process smooth and simple. I refinanced with him, and he was there at every step of the way, with clear explanations of the options and the process. I think he even answered an email while on his vacation! He's not there to push things you don't need, and instead makes sure you're getting a mortgage that makes sense for your future. Jeff's a solid guy with a positive attitude that I'd do business with again in a heartbeat.

I've worked with Jeff several times and each time the process gets easier and easier. He communicates clearly and there are never surprises, which seems to be incredibly rare in the mortgage lending business.

I contacted Jeff due to all his rave reviews on yelp and I have to say, they were all spot on! He helped us when we were told we couldn't qualify for a refinance and it was smooth sailing from start to finish.
