We just refinanced with Jeff and Guaranteed Rate. Jeff and his team did an amazing job. They were very professional and helped us every step of the way. Jeff was always there to answer any questions and made sure we had all the proper documentation. We got a fantastic rate and are now paying $300 less per month than we were. Jeff's a great guy who helps make this process smooth and simple. I refinanced with him, and he was there at every step of the way, with clear explanations of the options and the process. I think he even answered an email while on his vacation! He's not there to push things you don't need, and instead makes sure you're getting a mortgage that makes sense for your future. Jeff's a solid guy with a positive attitude that I'd do business with again in a heartbeat.
