Jeff's a great guy who helps make this process smooth and simple. I refinanced with him, and he was there at every step of the way, with clear explanations of the options and the process. I think he even answered an email while on his vacation! He's not there to push things you don't need, and instead makes sure you're getting a mortgage that makes sense for your future.
