I had heard and read all positive reviews about Jeff prior to working with him, but he certainly exceeded expectations. Right after we had got pre-approved for the mortgage (which was a nice and low rate), we had put an offer in on a condo on a Saturday and it got accepted the following day, Sunday. Several people in the community recommended Jeff, so I gave him my details and he went back and forth with me until we had found the right refi rate. Every time I had questions, or wanted him to look into different options, he got right back to me with an answer. Once I agreed to move forward, the process was real easy.
