I worked with Jeff on 3 different transactions. ( 2 refi's and an investment purchase) Jeff was extremely helpful. Not only did he work on getting the best rate, he kept monitoring the market for changes to ensure we get a lowest rate. His team is so professional and always provide updates in a timely manner. Working with Jeff G and with Guaranteed rate it's being an absolute pleasure. For the last 8 months, I was trying to find a mortgage lender that was transparent and upfront with their fees, rates, etc. The final refinance mortgage parameters were pretty much spot on !
