Jeff assisted me in purchasing a home as a first time buyer. He was very responsive and was willing to answer questions both in and out of working hours. Whenever I had questions he and his team were able to provide me with prompt answers and walked me through the process from start to finish. He was even able to do an in depth review of my finances ahead of submitting an offer which led to a loan approval in less than a week from after my offer was accepted!
Our offer had to come together very quickly, and on a Sunday night. Jeff was available and worked with the urgency and detail that was needed to close the deal in a very short timeframe. He was patient and thorough when we had questions. We ultimately got a great rate from Jeff. We are so lucky to have him as a resource.
