Jeff and his team turned a very stressful process and made it stress free. Him and his team were very helpful every step of the way and we’re extremely prompt in their responses. I don’t plan on moving out of our home any time soon but if I did, Jeff would be the guy I go to again no question.

My husband and I were very impressed with how responsive Jeff and his team were to us. They were personable respectful and when ever needed they either responded by phone or text. The experience was great and when challenges came they were addressed and with much guidance. The closing was not when we expected but of no fault to Jeff the team nor us. We would highly pass the firm to family, friends & coworkers . Looking forward to the next home.

It was a great experience having Guaranteed Rate help with my loan experience. Jeff was extremely helpful every step of the way to complete all our needs. I have worked with him several times for pre approval. He took his time and was advising all the way. He cares about the client as a person. He is never forcing on decisions and will wait until you are ready to progress to the next steps on buying a new home.
