We can honestly say that if it wasn't for Jeff, our loan may never have been completed! He really showed his expertise in handling the complex loan we were applying for. He was very responsive (within minutes!) and was able to answer all of our questions in ways that we could understand. From our very first phone call to the day of our closing (and beyond!) Jeff has been extremely helpful. He listened to all of our wants and needs as first time home buyers, talked us through the process step by step and answered all of our (many) questions on a daily basis. Jeff helped me through the entire process of purchasing a house. Since I was a first time home buyer he walked me through the entire process and made sure to keep me informed and was always willing to help with any questions or concerns I had. We had a very tight deadline but Jeff was very responsive and the turnaround was quick that we were able to get all the necessary paperwork with plenty of time to spare. Let me start off...we had a bad loan officer from a different company in the beginning of our house buying. They were horrible. It's our first home and I did not know half of what we needed to do. I called Jeff and Manny Gomes after being totally beaten and frustrated with our first company and they held our hands and walked us through with knowledge and expertise. Jeff treated me like I was his only client. He made me feel that my financial needs were his greatest priority. Jeff was on top of every step of the refinance process and communicated with me about every step, taking the time to make sure I understood each part of the process. Jeff was on top of things from the day I contacted him. Communication was on a daily basis which was key. I'm actually in banking myself, and Jeff made the process more simple than I could have done for myself. I definitely recommend Jeff to anyone looking for a new home!
