Great guy and very professional! As a first time homebuyer Jeff explained things very well. Jeff went out of his way to make me feel at ease about both the process and expressing my thoughts about financial matters. He was willing to give advice even on matters unrelated to his business and that personal touch made a huge difference. My realtor shared with me that he has never worked with a lender that has been so involved in the process and great to work with! He will always be my first choice!

For my fiancee and I, this was our first time buying a house, and Jeff made it so easy and enjoyable. Jeff walked us through each step of the process, and made everything understandable. He was constantly available to answer our questions and always checking in with us to see if we needed anything. We couldn't imagine having to go through this again unless we were working with Jeff. Jeff was a life saver!! We decided to make an offer on our home before we even had a preapproval letter, and jeff went above and beyond to get us the letter! It was on a weekend and he was at a family party, yet jeff still made it happen!We're so thankful for him, he was always so reliable and so quick to respond, questions were always answered promptly, and was just such a pleasure!! Jeff was an incredible asset in my loan process. He was very educated understanding and actually cares about his customers. He made sure I was informed every step of the way and actually took the time to educate me in the industry. I would definitely use him next time around as well.
