Really helpful, informative, transparent and trustworthy. Communication was always quick, and they were happy to answer the millions of questions I had. There's no question my wife and I would use TSM again!

This is my third home with Jeff and his team. They are very efficient, offer good rates and answered all of my questions. Everything was up front so I knew what to expect at closing and it was as expected no surprises! When we bought our first home they helped us when our bank would not. I really do not want to move again but if I do I will call Jeff.

I have referred Jeff, Daniel and their team to my clients for the last 8 years, but now I had the opportunity to use them myself on my refinance. As usual, they were superb. Communication was virtually non-existent unless y’all needed something from me. 0 explanation throughout the process of the loan. No effort was put forth to help the client understand the process or details. It was up to me to catch mistakes which there ended up being one that almost cost me $2,000. Even then, it was treated like a common mistake. This is people’s livelihood and hard earned money some sympathy would do some good. Our realtor was fantastic, Joe was fantastic as well, but our experience with Chad was not great. He fumbled up our bank statements, he missed our closing date twice, his explanation of processes was terrible.
