1.) The agent/firm had trouble differentiating between compensation deposits and transfers between bank accounts for underwriting file. 2.) The agent/firm delayed in obtaining important IRS tax records and required the buyer to obtain them directly from the IRS in order to avoid delaying closing. 3.) The firm/underwriters required closing costs to be deposited in escrow a week before closing. The decision taken by Jeff regarding avoiding excessive documentation requests. This did not change my financial obligations but it saved me from a lot of psychological stress and anxiety.

When speaking to Jeff and his staff they are very thorough during the discussions. However, we expected better follow through. We Needed to follow up to ask for information a couple of times. Still have not received feedback on updated appraisal, and still have not received credit scores in writing. Would be good to have this info sent without requesting it multiple times. Overall service is good. Love the app to submit documents as well.

Somewhat frustrating communications (not with Jeff) regarding supporting documentation. We had to provide some things several times & were confused why we submitted a statement & pictures as evidence of a lack of damage due to recent weather, yet an intrusive survey was scheduled, after closing, to take pictures throughout my home (even my kids' bedrooms).

I did not like dealing with so many different people. Never knew who wanted information from us, never given names of who would be contacting us and why. We sent our drivers licenses to three different people again at closing. We’re never informed our closing had been cancelled (I was told your agency should of informed us) I took off work early. Was told we closed at home because of the pandemic. Not True. Friends closed at home over two years ago. Lastly our final numbers were not correct.
