From the beginning Jeff was very personable. As we began to start this process he remained pleasant and very patient with me throughout this process. It was difficult for me at times because of my workload which caused me to read his correspondence later than he probably anticipated. During this time when I was a little frazzled his tone of voice remained very pleasant which helped me a lot during this process. Kudos to Jeff!!! Thank you very much :-)

Jeff made me feel important to him without being pushy and gave me excellent advice every step of the way with regard to the loan and home ownership in general. He always spent plenty of time with me and never made me felt rushed and talked to me in terms I would understand as a first-time home buyer. We absolutely could not have gotten our house without Jeff. He went to bat for us so much tracking down the required documentation for our va loan. He also went above and beyond helping us work out last minute kinks like the insurance company refusing to honor our original policy. We are forever grateful to him for helping us finally get into our own home after years of renting.
