As a first time home buyer, I had a lot of questions about the process. Jeff answered every one and made me feel at ease about the whole thing. I had a complicated situation to get me qualified and Jeff found creative solutions to get me into the home I wanted. He was always available. Responded quickly to any questions or concerns that I had. Very helpful in all aspects of the process of moving and obtaining a loan for my new home.Jeff always let me know in advance of any documents or information needed. This was my first experience in buying a home on my own as my husband had recently passed away and I was unfamiliar with many things. Special issues regarding my situation. Other than Jeff Hujo, some people were abrupt and lacked communication skills. It did not matter I was at work, they needed to control the situation. I was on their time and mine did not matter.
