Professional, Friendly Extremely gentle when performing your procedure. They know who you are when entering the door. Staff is very personalable. Highly recommend Dr. Tibbs and his staff.

Excellent service and dental treatmenr Acknowledged by name when I came in; hygenist greater me by name and sowed me to the room. Excellent hygenist, pulling me at ease as she cleaned my teeth and did it expertly. Dr. Teague came in and checked my teeth and all was fine. The hygenist got my products and made my appointment for my next check up. Exit to the receptionist went smoothly and I was out within an hour. Love to go there not only for the friendliest staff but also professionalism.

High quality, comfortable professional care. Might be nice to have posters or pictures on the ceiling. Gives the patient a distraction and something to look at. Enjoyed the screen with winter pictures but could not see during exam.

Best in the Triad/Highly Recommended Dr. Tibbs and his staff are professional and courteous and provide the best dental care in the Triad. They stay up to date on the latest procedures and have the latest equipment. When you arrive for your appointment, you will never have to wait. They value your time. You are greeted with a friendly smile, "hello, how are you" and invited to have a seat in their comfortable waiting area. The color scheme chosen is even perfect. Highly recommended.
Very professtional, excellent service. Dr. Tibbs concerns his patients best interest, straight forward and sincerely in comunication. On top of that, his skills is incomparable. Comfortable and non-painful experience. The staffs are very nice, friendly and welcoming. They are well- trained to make patients relax. I craked my back tooth last Saturday, got so upset and nervous, but it has been fixed less than one week.
