Always have had a positive experience with Dr. Burns and his entire staff. Have been a patient over 20 years. They have made each visit very comfortable which also includes some "laughs". Highly recommend to anyone needing an experienced staff for dental health.
Megan, my hygienist, did a superb job and had great customer service. Dr. Burns took his time and addressed all my concerns, I left feeling confident.

I want to take a moment to thank Dr. Burns and his entire staff for making my dental appointment today a true family experience. From the moment I walked in, the greeting, the smiles, the eye contact, it's a welcome you want to experience. Also, throughout the procedure, every staff member showed genuine care and interest in myself and my family. Finally, the service provided was also top quality. Thank you for truly caring and providing an awesome experience.
During my first visit (and my second unplanned one) the staff was so courteous and friendly - it actually made it a pleasure to go to the dentist! Although my appointments were at very busy "end of the year" time, the staff ensured all of my questions were answered and that I was comfortable, and Dr. Burns took the time to explain the planned future treatment thoroughly. How nice in this day and age when you are generally just a patient and not a viewed as an actual person!
