I am not a fan of dentist (no offense) and previously have not had very positive experiences. Dr. Burns and his staff were all so postive, professional, and sensitive - it was truly a wonderful experience to be treated with gentleness, kindness, respect, and attentiveness to my personal needs and situation. visits to Dr. Burns are always a pleasure - that's not something one expects to hear from a dental appt., right? But that's always the case here. Everyone is punctual, efficient and friendly.
on Dec 5 I had my first visit with Dr. Burns. He is in a first class facility with attentive and qualified staff members. I was greeted warmly and the dental hygienist was thorough and professional. Dr. Burns took the time to get to know a bit about me and did not rush the visit. I have a tricky and complicated problem. He told me that he could fix it but he would recommend a specialist. He did not have to know it all. Good for him. I'll be back.
A perfect job with xray, cleaning my teeth, being friendly and spotting small areas of concern. I will recommend you!
I was very impressed that, though I had the wrong month on my calendar, the office found a place for me when I went in with little waiting. A dental plan was developed with my needs and feedback primary in the plan. Everything was done to see that my needs were identified and became primary in the process. The friendliness and care has always made my visits to Dr. Burns' office a relaxing and "good" experience!
Such a nice experience to come for regular checkup😊 the office is beautiful and relaxing, the receptionist is so pleasant, Lori is so very nice and professional and Dr Burns Is great. All in all if you HAVE to go to a dentist, this is the one!!
Dr. Burns and his staff provide excellent patient services, and the office itself is administered in a highly professional and always pleasant manner. They go out of their way to accommodate patient's schedules and they always try to be consistent, having the patient see the same dental tech with each visit. AND the staff has an excellent grasp of insurance issues, which has saved me considerable money over the years.
