On the day of the procedure I was nervous, which is to be expected, however DR. E and his team were able to alleviate my nerves with a calm and confident demeanor. Through the procedure, they worked, as far as I can tell, diligently and were responsive to my needs. Before I knew, it was complete. They cleaned me up and sent me on my way. At no point did I feel uncomfortable or less attended to then any other patients.
Great bedside manner. He spent ample time with me explaining options, listening to what I wanted, making recommendations, etc.
Super nice and calm, I was in I was out, Love him. Roxy and Cyndi everyone in the office is so sweet and helpful.
I went to consultations with 6 different plastic surgeons, the best I could find, in 3 different states. I was anxious because 2 of these plastic surgeons told me that what I hoped to get was too challenging and subtle to accomplish. I had never experienced a doctor like Dr. Epstein before my procedure. Dr. Epstein is the complete package: He knows his stuff better than anyone else, he is kind, gave me total attention, explained the procedure so I could understand it, and made me comfortable the entire time.

I saw Dr. Epstein for hair restoration about six months ago. Someone suggested that I have the procedure done, and Dr. Epstein had wonderful referrals. The staff was wonderful. I also found Dr. Epstein to be caring and helpful. My results look natural. The procedure went just as Dr. Epstein said that it would. I think he tries to give his patients exactly what they are looking for. Dr. Epstein gets my full recommendation.
I was looking to find a surgeon who would be realistic about the outcome and have a smooth touch and Dr.Epstein did exactly that. He is a master of his art and I'm grateful to have been seen by him.
