Dr. Epstein was nice. He reassured me that I'd have my desired look. The nurse the day before the procedure worried me bc she didn't seem to know how to answer my questions.

Wonderful experience! Dr. Epstein was extremely accommodating throughout the entire process (i.e., pre surgery to post surgery). He even came into the office the day after Christmas to see me post surgery. My nose looks great and I can breathe again. Dr. Epstein is very flexible and always responds promptly to any inquiries. His staff is always willing to help and made me feel very comfortable.
His bedside manner was great, i had a minor problem and he came into the office on a weekend to help fix it, that was appreciated. Explained everything, office staff was great! Surgery went smoothly, besides the surprise of the suction of your nose to clean it out on 2nd day.. Very weird feeling. He Made me feel comfortable. so besides the few little things I notice about the tip of my nose, overall it was a great experience!

Dr. Epstein and his whole team were wonderful to work with, and the results are truly incredible. It's amazing having a full head of hair after 15 years.
Dr. Epstein performed my rhinoplasty in November. I researched for more than three hours and read many reviews before choosing Dr. Epstein. It was an outstanding procedure. Everything was fast and well explained. There were no surprises. The best thing about my rhinoplasty results is that I can breathe through my nose. It looks great and I can breathe so I will recommend Dr. Epstein to anyone looking at a similar surgery.
Dr. Jeffrey Epstein has a caring personality and warm touch. He is very knowledgable in his field, and even knew exactly what I wanted operated before even telling him!
