Made the appointment by phone, my first time at Jenkins Hyundai. Service person (Kristi) was very helpful, allowed me to add several items to the service list while there, and made sure that I knew how much things would cost before moving ahead with them. Work was done while I waited, the waiting room was very well equipped.

Immediately greeted upon arrival and quickly my vehicle proceeded to the shop Routine maintenance was performed. I was concerned about the performance of m transmission. My service adviser made some suggestions and had some magical task performed. Transmission problem appears to be gone. I'm very pleased with this visit. and the time spent with me to explain the likely cause.

Ty represented well. My concern with this service center is that they always adjust my seat (they never reset to my setting) and headlights (they always turn off auto set). In addition, each time I have returned from tire rotation my valve caps are missing.

My service adviser, Kristie Lynn Weeks, was quite literally an answer to my prayers. Without going into extensive details, my husband of 50 years recently passed away. Getting our cars serviced had always been his responsibility so I was quite anxious about this first trip in. Kristie, without knowing any of this still took extra time to address my questions, to set me up with the proper service schedule and even get a nail removed from a tire. I was blessed that day.
