I appreciate the service department because they respect that my time is important. They take my vehicle in at the time of my appointment, keep me informed of its progress and review what was done when I check out. This was the first time I had gone to this dealership. I have always gone to the Ocala dealership but they never had the part I needed. I finally called the Leesburg dealership. I was pleasantly surprised to find they had the part in stock. I was able to make an appointment, get in, and get out in less than one week. Very courteous staff.
