Kudos to Jenna and Royal United!!!! From the beginning, Jenna was courteous and professional while making my wife and I feel comfortable and in good hands. She never rushed us, and made sure we understood we could contact her 24/7 on her cell phone. By the time we got the ball rolling, we felt that we knew her and our best interest was also hers. Completely wasted our time and took our money. I reached out to this company to get a home equity loan. They acted like they wanted to help us they took our time took all of our information took money from us to get our house appraised, and then can never responded to any messages after that. Left is high and dry, wasted time that we could have spent acquiring a loan from another company and completely took our money on the appraisal, not happy
