She also maintained contact throughout the process to ensure all was going well. She laid out options in terms of years and rates. She streamlined the process and made it less stressful.

Good experience. I connected with Jenna through Lending Tree. Her company was the first to call and fortunately I stayed through the loan process with her. Due to our marginal credit, the process was somewhat complicated. But Jenna was very patient and persistent throughout several complications.
