Jenna outperformed everyone I contacted and worked with! She did the impossible!! Jenna is one of the BEST in the business! Experience was above and beyond Working with Jenna was truly an easy process. She was very professional and easy to communicate with. If I called and she was not available, she would promptly call me back. I was kept informed about the progress of my loan, what to expect and the approximate time of closing once the loan was approved. The process started on August 12, 2024, and was closing on September 16, 2024.I would highly recommend Jenna and Royal United to anyone needing to consolidate.
Jenna is Amazing! As a senior going through this process, Jenna made sure that she was very thorough in explaining everything to me. She was attentive and very responsive when I had questions/concerns. What I appreciated most about Jenna is her willingness to be available to me during her off time. She was a pleasure to work with and I speak for senior citizens when I say we need more people like Jenna!Thanks Jenna!
A great help Jenna was a great help, this is my first home purchasing experience and she was very helpful helping and patient with me understand everything. She understood all the demand that she was asking and was very kind. I think she may have been more helpful helping me understand some processes and terms than my realtor was.

Jennas efforts worked a miracle We had a family member who was on the title. Have not talked for 3 years. Bad blood. Jenna toke the extra effort to contact this person and explain the process to close the loan. It was because of her extra effort it signed.
