Best experience ever I was looking around for our options when I got to chatting with Jenna. She was very knowledgeable about all our choices on how we could relieve some of our debt. With all the choices we had we went with consolidating our debts and refinancing our house. Jenna walked us through all the steps. Very good experience From the first call I was treated like a real person and could talk to her when needed. Due to unforeseen problems my closing was longer than expected but Jenna worked me through it.
Great communication skills Since the beginning of this loan, Jenna has helped me with loan questions I did not understand. Sheexplain them in detail and then I understood. She kept in contact with me all the time. Unusual for anyone to do this on a continuous basis, but I appreciate everything she has done to help me. At times I wanted to just quit the application because it was getting to me. But she kept on insisting thatit would help me in my situation and it did. Thank you for all your help.
Great Experience Ms. Beaird was wonderful, knowledgeable, and gracious with me and my wife. She explained the loan process in great detail and made me feel very comfortable every step of the way. She was readily available to discuss and I never felt like I was inconveniencing her in any way.
