I have purchased two houses now with Jen's help and both have been flawless. As a first time home buyer she worked hard to explain everything and answer all of my numerous questions. My second house purchase was a bit different with a job change and a need for a quick move Jen and her team worked very hard to get the loan closed ahead of schedule! Concord Mortgage Group overall has been great to work with even after the loans are closed. Definitely some of the best customer service I've had. Thanks for everything guys!

There is no better service out there! Jennifer and her team (Kendall and Lynn), absolutely were there for us as a team every step of the way! We were not another loan, we were treated like family. Talk about knowledge and professionalism, they have it and they go way above and beyond! Absolutely amazing! When some hear a team working for you they get nervous... not with them! At age 23, I am not very knowledgeable about owning a home, the loan process, and mortgages. Jennifer was able to answer all my questions I had as a first-time home buyer and assured I understood what she was saying and also seemed to genuinely have our best interests in mind. She was very prompt, helpful, and knowledgeable and made the loan process very easy for us. I would vastly recommend Jennifer Hall and the other helpful staff at Concord for loan needs.

Jennifer Hall and the group at Concord are AMAZING! They made my first home purchase so easy and stress free it was unbelievable. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to buy a home. I just can not say enough good things about this team!
