Prior to selecting Jennifer for my mortgage I told her I had a set budget for down payment, closing costs etc. I communicated my “all-in” number and told her I did not want an 11th hour surprise. She went on and on how she wouldn’t let that happen. Surprise, surprise at the 11th hour the closing costs come in $5k beyond my budget. She blames the builder and takes no responsibility but she (and Dustin) had ALL of the information.

Jennifer herself was wonderful. Some of the staff did not make the experience as enjoyable as I would have hoped. If the support staff had the same "go get it" attitude as Jennifer it would have been very different.
