I strive to make a positive experience for every client. Including partnering with the bank to make an overall impression for homebuyers. I sent emails to Jennifer that were not responded to. We pushed closing back a week. Client expressed frustration with lack of communication from bank, providing documents multiple times. did not receive any communication from you as the lender at all. One of my messages was responded to the other information was all obtained from my buyers wife, who was the only one receiving text from you. I am used to having nearly daily communication with my lenders. I was very frustrated through this entire process and so was the title agent.

Have everyone on the team on the same page. There were numerous times I was told different things from people on the same team, which ultimately slowed the process and cost more money than needed to be spent. Also be able to keep track of documents sent from the client. There were numerous times I was asked to resubmit a social security card scan and other documents that should only have to be sent once.
