Jennifer is very pleasant, courteous and professional. She was a pleasure to work with and kept us informed on what was going on during our "unique times" with the VA. Jennifer went extremely above and beyond to help me with my mortgage! She answered all questions and replied quickly even though we are in different time zones. She was patient when I struggled to make decisions or reply in time (I'm a manager at Walmart.. coronavirus hit right in the middle). I stressed at times and she would help me on a professional and personal level EVERY TIME I needed her. I even know she went to battle to help me get what I needed and could afford! Jennifer is an asset!!

When I first spoke with Jennifer, I didn't even qualify for a home loan. She told me exactly what to do, and talked to me for almost a year before I purchased a home. She always answered my questions and didnt get frustrated from me asking so many. When I did qualify, and I did find my home, she was genuinely excited for me. I recommend her to anyone!
