Communication needs to be worked on by one of the loan officers. Don't say sign and date the form if you want the form filled out completely. Also I felt the loan officer didn't give me a solid option on what information I could provide to answer the underwriters question about a third party being used for payroll (was asked to write a letter to explain the situation). I decided to provide a pay stub to show the link on my W2. I already provided this back at pre approval time though.

Working with Jennifer was a delightful experience. She was invested in helping us with a refinance that met our needs.
