As a first time buyer, Jennifer made the entire process so easy and understandable. The portal that is used to upload all documents, and to send the tasks that need to be completed is amazingly helpful. Jennifer always explained every step of the process to make sure I understood. Communication!!! I know it takes a lot of people to make such a huge operation run but there were too many people in contact with me. And sometimes I couldn’t get anyone to answer very time sensitive questions.... we were almost delayed because of very poor communication.
