First of all there was little to no communication except when I initiated it. Secondly there was little to no apparent communication between amcap and the builder. And as an out of state purchaser it would have saved me money if the final process was laid out ahead of time so I could have moved my mom oney to a local bank and not had to fly to ca to complete the process. We experienced complete lack of communication from Jeremy. Due to his inability to review information and follow up in a timely manner to provide guidance and time lines for our transaction to stay on track, our closing was delayed by 2 weeks. Unfortunately, this created a huge amount of added work and expense as he communiated the delayed closing 48 hours prior to our scheduled date - which was on the calendar and scheduled 23+ days in advance. He had a very nonchalant attitude.
