Since this was our first time buying a home, we didn't have a way of comparing the experience with much. Jeremy responded to emails with 23 hours. But I wish, we had had a way to know the steps of the process. For example, knowing 2 other individuals were going to be working with us. I also felt overwhelmed in understanding some of the paperwork and the purpose behind it.
