Jerome Cole with Top Flite Financial was able to assist with our cash-out refinance in a friendly and efficient manner. With the drastic drop in interest rates during this time, mortgage companies are extremely busy. This didn't keep Jerome from getting our loan closed in a timely manner, and he was extremely kind and helpful throughout the entire process.
